Finançament del Govern de les Illes Balears

The Govern de les Illes Balears is the entity that exercises executive power and directs the autonomous administration of the Balearic Islands. As part of its functions, through IBAVI (Housing Institute of the Balearic Islands) promotes social housing buildings in Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The complementary activities funded as part of the ARV demo project inlcuded the production, construction, management (planning permits, licenses…) and taxes of sustainable new social housing building.
