Superbonus 110%
The Superbonus was a 110% fiscal incentive introduced by the Italian government in 2020 through the so-called “Relaunch Decree”. It funded renovation works of the residential building stock (both private and social housing), addressing energy efficiency and seismic improvements, PV installation and EV-charging infrastructures. The 110% tax deduction covered the renovation costs incurred between 2020 and 2022, while the threshold respectively decreased to 70% and 65% for the expenses incurred in 2024 and 2025.
