ARV participation in the International Social Housing Festival 2025, Dublin, Ireland.

ARV is contributing to the International Social Housing Festival 2025 in Dublin (Ireland) with the workshop “Spreading Climate Positive Circular Communities around Europe”.

The main theme of the Festival, “Storytelling” centres on the experiences, ideas, and voices of all those engaged in housing—from public, cooperative, and social housing providers to tenants, policymakers, and advocates for inclusive homes and neighbourhoods.

In line with this topic, ARV workshop aims to explore the upscaling potential of ready-made solutions that significantly speed-up deep energy renovation, focusing on the innovative products, services and knowledges that are available on our e-marketplace. The examples of ARV pilots in Sønderborg, SAB (social housing company)’s Department 22 (432 apartments) and 75 (38 homes in semi-detached houses will be an inspiration to the audience to replicate the solutions all around Europe.

The last part of the workshop will be dedicated to involving the public in identifying appropriate circular renovation solutions for different contexts in Europe and relevant upscaling pathways.

The festival is organised by the Irish Council for Social Housing, Co-operative Housing Ireland, and Housing Europe.
