Renew-Wall is a newly designed, modular, and non-intrusive system (tenants can continue living in their homes, and installation requires no scaffolding) for the energy and architectural retrofitting of existing buildings. It mainly consists of a prefabricated insulated wood-based panel that can integrate windows, shutters, and a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery.
