TramitEco is a rehabilitation agency based in Mallorca specialising in the end-to-end management of energy-efficient building renovations. It supports homeowners and communities of residents throughout the entire process, from energy audits and the preparation of the “Existing Building Book” to the design of tailored renovation solutions that improve comfort, reduce energy consumption and enhance overall building performance.

In addition to technical services, TramitEco oversees construction works and manages all administrative procedures, including the preparation and submission of subsidy applications under Spanish and EU energy-efficiency programmes. Its objective is to streamline complex renovation processes, secure access to public funding and deliver cost-effective, sustainable upgrades for residential and multi-family buildings across Mallorca. TramitEco also acts as a private partner in a Public-Private Partnership for large-scale retrofitting, focusing on multi-family buildings within the demonstration project, through a service contract with Palma City Council.
